Refund Policy
If for some reason you like to retur your Walters, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us before returning any items.
- You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. (The product must be in new condition.)
- If you are not satisfied with your product we will issue a full replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product by e-mail to info@wearwalters.com.
- Want to switch to another product? No problem, just contact us and we'll help you.
- The shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
- Products on sale will not be refunded.
